Matt Caldwell founded Caldwell Home Builders in 2005, after 10 years as a framing subcontractor he wanted to better use his skills and work with clients building their homes from the ground up.  Now after 15 years, CHB Inc. has a proven track record of providing quality service to Pensacola, Florida and the surrounding areas.
